i have a 1989, 1 Pound - Elizabeth II 2nd portrait; Royal Arms

normaly from 1989 it hase to be 3rd portrait; Scottish Thistle

It is the 3rd portrait. 

 Correct, third portrait. 

But … it is a fake. That reverse is not from that year. 

Also in the holder it is 90 degrees rotation, 

and probably has poor edge lettering.

 Yes - obverse and reverse are different years. 

The rotation is wrong. 

No doubt the edge lettering is poor.

Some of them are really crude in manufacture but others are quite good. I’ve got about 20 in my black museum of fakes
